It was incorporated in April of 1978 and has its registered head office located in Las Palmas De Gran Canaria, Spain (Canary Islands). The company is primarily involved in the activities directly related to marine cargo handling from the time cargo from a vessel, arrives at shipside, dock, pier, terminal, staging area, or in transit area until cargo loading or unloading operations are completed. It primarily transfers cargo between ships and barges, trucks, trains, pipelines, and wharfs.
