The company was incorporated in November 2003 and has its registered and administrative office situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canari. Likewise, the company offers the following services: transportation of passengers on the deep seas; deep sea domestic/international transportation of cargos; and great-lakes cargos and passenger transportation. The company is an affiliate of Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Madrid, a federally chartered savings institution, engaged in monetary intermediation and credit granting (both consumer and real estate).
